We offer a wide variety of services to help you plan your event, not only for that day but to provide transportation for your out-of- town guests to and from the airport, bachelor or bachelorette parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, and ‘next-day brunches’ as well.
To assist in the planning of the event we have worked with many clients who have set up their own website for their family and guests to assist in their travel arrangements. We provide images and links to our website to post on the wedding site or to forward to guests so that anyone flying in from out of town will have our contact information and they can easily make reservations to get to their hotel simply by mentioning your name and the date of the wedding. They can also receive a discount on their transportation given the nature of the overall amount of service we are providing.
We are very serious about providing the highest level of service beginning with an easy to view website, timely communication, a reservations staff who takes the time to understand your needs and provides accurate information, and then of course flawless, timely, and professional service by our highly trained chauffeurs in our new vehicles.
